I lost weight on carnivore. Great. But that’s probably the least interesting thing it did for me. The real transformation happened somewhere no before-and-after photo can show: inside my head. Less noise. Stable energy. No constant battle with food. The weight loss was simply a bonus. The quiet mind is why I stayed.

Somewhere along the way, the noise disappeared. My hormones became steady, my mind became quiet, and apparently… my filter packed its bags too. Was it the protein? Carnivore? Healing from trauma? I honestly don’t know. I just know I’m not the same woman anymore, and I don’t think I want her back.
